Lead Assembler

Years at Bay: 22

Quick Facts:
Born in Cleveland. Raised in North Olmsted and lived there until meeting husband. Moved to West Park. Two grown daughters, no grandchildren.

What are three things you have a passion for?
Food, my family and Pepper

You have to give up one food forever and eat only one forever. What would they be?
Eat pork roast and scallops. Give up salmon. I don't care for it.

What are your proudest accomplishments professionally and personally?
Personally: My two daughters, climbing the Continental Divide in Rocky Mountain National Park. Professionally: Learning all of the assembly work I have done over the years from my plant supervisor.

What are your favorite things about Cleveland/NE Ohio?
The Metroparks are wonderful for living in an urban area and having such easy access to them.

Would you rather...
Eat a worm or go bungee-jumping?
Bungee-jumping. I would never put a worm in my mouth. Although bungee jumping isn't something I would prefer to ever do, it's still better than eating a worm.
Be a cat or a dog?
I do like cats... I would say a cat. They're independent.

Only travel by mule or unicycle?
Mule. I think that'd be fun. I tried riding a unicycle as a child and fell flat on my face. Since that day, I've never attempted it again.

What was your favorite thing about your favorite vacation destination?
I really enjoyed Cheyenne, Wyoming and seeing the old fort in St. Augustine, Florida, America's oldest city.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
I can't really remember that far back, but I know I wanted to grow up to be rich!

What is one thing that nobody knows about you?
Contrary to what people might expect, I'm actually more reserved than I might convey

Who will be the first Cleveland sports team to win a championship this century?
I hope it's the Browns because my husband really likes football. Cleveland needs a winning team... Wait, did you say century? Oh, my!

If you could have the ability to teleport for one day, where would you travel?
Rome. It would be great seeing the historic churches, the Vatican, Sistine Chapel and the Coliseum. I would just be afraid to fly over that big pond!

If you could have the superpower of your choice, what would it be?
To fly

Best and worst summer job?
Babysitting. It was good when the kids were good, and bad when they were bad. I had one child slug me once.

If you could have dinner with anybody, who would it be?
Hmm... I guess I would have to say the current President. It'd be cool even if you didn't vote for him, just to see the White House, show my respect and for the experience of it all.

How do people get discombobulated? Have you ever seen someone who was combobulated?
I think a lot of people are combobulated. My husband might say that my middle name could be "discombobulated" when it comes to my personality at home!
