Quick facts: Born in Cleveland, grew up in Westlake. Lives in Avon Lake with husband, two children (Madison and Joseph), two Old English Bulldogs and three cats. Has driven across the United States twice, but has only visited 35 of the 50 states.
What are three things you have a passion for?
Cooking, SCI-FI/Fantasy movies, books, TV shows and video games, and bargain shopping.
You have to give up one food forever and eat only one forever. What would they be?
I would give up the stringy bean sprouts, they are pretty boring.
I would eat eggs, there are so many different ways you can prepare an egg and they are delicious and nutritious.
What are your proudest accomplishments professionally and personally?
Professionally, would have to be the knowledge and experience I have gained here at Bay Corporation.
Personally, it would definitely have to be my children. They are awesome.
What are your favorite things about Cleveland/NE Ohio?
I love the weather…you never know what to expect from the Cleveland weather!
Would you rather...
Eat a worm or go bungee-jumping?
I would go bungee-jumping…it would be a unique experience.
Be a cat or a dog?
A cat…I would have more freedom to get into mischief as a cat, and I can always blame it on the dog.
Only travel by mule or unicycle?
Definitely a mule! They’re cute…and I can focus on the scenery vs the pavement in my face after falling off the unicycle.
What was your favorite thing about your favorite vacation destination?
We went to Sea World in Florida a few years ago and I cried when Shamu came out, I was so happy!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
A Marine Biologist.
What is one thing that nobody knows about you?
I am terrified of riding my bicycle. I always think I am going to be hit by a car.
Who will be the first Cleveland sports team to win a championship this century?
It will be the Cavs!
If you could have the ability to teleport for one day, where would you travel?
I would go to St. Petersburg in Russia to see the architecture.
If you could have the superpower of your choice, what would it be?
I would like to have super strength.
Best and worst summer job?
Worst was babysitting as a teenager.
Best is a toss up between volunteering in the cafeteria at a local hospital and working at a print shop in downtown Cleveland.
If you could have dinner with anybody, who would it be?
I would have dinner with my brother.
What came first, the chicken or the egg?
I believe in evolution…so logically something laid the egg first and a chicken was the result due to dominant gene mutation.
Why aren’t there B batteries?
We would all stutter when we say “B-batteries”.
