Israel started working at Bay Corporation in the hose assembly department in 2014. Then a year later, he was promoted to the position of Hose Assembly Lead. In 2019, Israel moved into our engineering department to train to become a mechanical engineer. He is currently attending Cuyahoga Community College as he pursues an associate degree in Mechanical Design.
In his current role, Israel enters all new parts into our MRP system with a bill of materials, costing information, and manufacturing drawings. He is involved in making updates to our products via our ECN system. Also, Israel updates and improves product designs and associated drawings via our CAD software.
Israel was born and raised in Cleveland. Most of his time outside of work, he is spending quality family time with his spouse and his daughter. During the rest of his spare time, he loves to play softball and video games as well as getting together with family and friends. He also likes to be outdoors and do activities like biking, swimming, camping and traveling.
