Operations Team: Mark Altstadt

Mark joined the Bay Corporation team in 1992 as a Sales Technician and was promoted to Assisted Sales Manager in 1998. He led our Sales team as Vice President of Sales & Marketing from 2001 to 2017. In January 2018, Mark became our Vice President of Operations & Business Development. In this role, he leads our Production, Inventory, Purchasing, IT, and Marketing teams. He also remains active in our business development activities.

Mark earned his BS in Marketing & Management at Ashland University and his MBA at Cleveland State University. At Ashland, he played for the Division 2 Eagles basketball team, where he earned all-academic honors. Mark is married to Jennifer and together they have two adult children, Jacob and Nathan. In his spare time, he enjoys the theatre, traveling, cooking, fishing, hunting, watching sports, and reading.
