Sales & Customer Service Team: Brian Forgach

Brian is a graduate of Kent State University with a major in Aeronautical Studies and received his MBA from Ashland University. Before college, he attended St. Ignatius high school, where he won a state and a national football championship. Brian joined Bay Corporation in 2007 as a National Account Manager and was promoted to National Sales Manager in 2011. In January 2018, Brian became our Director of Sales, and then in January 2020, he was promoted to VP of Sales.

As VP of Sales, Brian oversees sales and customer service for the company. He has direct sales responsibilities for key US-based and international customers. Brian frequently travels around the world visiting our customers in addition to attending several industry trade shows. As part of the company's executive team, he is involved in the company's business development efforts.

Throughout his tenure with the company, Brian has built a strong reputation in the medical gas industry as being an expert in this field. Working with Engineering and R&D departments, he has managed multiple large scale projects for medical gas device manufacturing companies. New business development is also a top priority for Brian as he keeps Bay Corporation’s reputation as a leading medical gas connections manufacturer in the industry.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and their three beautiful children. As a dedicated family man, he has limited free time, but when rare occasions arise, you may find him on the golf course or playing guitar & drums. He loves vacationing to beach destinations and going to music concerts.
