Eric graduated from Parma Senior High School, where he was on the hockey and soccer team. After high school, he was in the US Navy where he was Yeoman 3rd class. He joined Bay Corporation in 2010 on the hose assembly production team. In 2012, Eric joined the inspection department and then later was promoted to Inspection Supervisor.
In this role, Eric leads our inspection team to make sure that our products meet our quality standards as well as industry specifications. He is also responsible for our internal audits that verify our employees are following our policies and procedures.
Eric was born in Cleveland and raised in Parma, Ohio. Eric and his wife, Kristen, have a young daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey, writing, watching & reading sci-fi. Eric also enjoys listening to alternative music.
